We have teamed up with Blackhorse Lane Ateliers, London’s only authentic denim factory to develop a jersey range that truly reflects the time and effort this brand invests into making their craft jeans. Our mission was to deliver this project in the most responsible, transparent and ethical way, which is why we have worked closely with our manufacturing partner in Portugal, Cunha Ribeiro. Currently they manufacture with 50% renewable energy from solar panels with the aim to increase this to 80% over the next three years. As a producer of clothing the factory has high ethical and social standards and is fully certified, combining new technologies and progressive ways of working with its inherent family values. We love working with them.

The outcome is a t-shirt in a classic regular fit, made from a substantial 246gsm 100% certified organic cotton that will last for years to come. All trims have been kept to a bare minimum to avoid unnecessary accessories. The wash instructions reflect a more responsible garment. A 30˚ wash uses around 40% less energy than a wash at 40˚ while treating clothes to a gentler cycle.
