In her ‘spare’ time our co-founder Tina Lilienthal delivers a Creative Leadership programme at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London that focuses on the development of human skills such as creativity, team building, complex problem solving and adaptability. Working closely together with business coach Jo Beardsworth this course brings together creative and commercial leadership perspectives through a collaborative joint delivery approach forming the Human Skills Academy.
